It's important to make some time for you before the exciting arrival! Whether it's your first or fourth child our special offers you and your significant other a discount on one night at our cozy B&B. Upon check in you will receive a goodie bag with some special gifts in addition to coupons to local stores that carry baby items, and a discount on a dinner out . If you make an appointment for a prenatal massage at Inman Oasis we have a coupon for that too!!  Please mention this special when booking.

We'll give you a discounted rate for the night of your birthday,  a complimentary bottle of champagne or sparkling cider,  and a special Harding House goodie bag filled with small gifts and coupons to local businesses.

Stay five nights or more and receive a discount on your nightly rate. 

For those whose business brings them to Cambridge three times per month or more, ask about corporate rates.  Discounts off our regular rates are based on the number of room nights you stay with us and applicable only to our deluxe queen rooms. Arrive on a Sunday or Monday and depart by Thursday and you'll receive a discounted rate for our deluxe queen room. As always, breakfast, parking, internet access and all of our other amenities are included.
